Terms & Conditions

Any payments made to britfoodsabroad.co.uk will be converted from pounds sterling into your own currency by SagePay when they process the transaction. The conversion rate is set at the point of authorisation of your credit/debit card and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse currency fluctuation.

We will try to process your order within 3 working days, however, this may take longer at busy times or if any items are out of stock at our suppliers.

Every effort is made to keep our website up to date.

All pictures and descriptions of products on our website are those of the original manufacturer and are intended for guidance purposes only. Manufacturer's may change formulations, weights and packaging from time to time.

Please be aware we can only supply items currently in stock at our suppliers at the time of your order.

If you have specific formulation/packaging requirements you must inform us at the time of ordering to ensure we send you the correct product. We are unable to refund items where this has changed.

We reserve the right to change any part  of our website and our terms and conditions at our sole discretion.

Delivery times are estimates, as provided by Parcelforce from when goods are dispatched and may be subject to customs delays.

britfoodsabroad.co.uk will accept no responsibility or cost for delays in delivery.

Please ensure that you have provided the full correct  address and telephone number for delivery. If the post code/zip code or any part of the address is omitted or entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result.

Deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left explaining where the item has gone and what to do next.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or with an attempted delivery by our courier there will be no refund due to time wasting, it is your responsibility to make sure someone is available to receive the said goods.

britfoodsabroad.co.uk will not be held responsible for the actions taken by any Customs department who may open and check parcels at their discretion.

The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be levied once the parcel reaches the customers country of residence. Contact your local Customs Department for further information.
